Following the installation, maintenance and monitoring is critical to upholding the operational integrity of your system. Service Level Agreement Options
Positronics provides 24x7x365 Network Operation Center (NOC) services and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to manage all your post-installation system support.
Preventative Maintenance Packages Include:
Level 1
Includes complete system monitoring, maintenance, diagnostic services, and repair. This SLA provides:
- 24x7x365 NOC alarm monitoring
- 24x7x365 problem reporting into Positronics' National Customer Call Center
- Alarm response: Major – 8 hour remote response, daily updates, on-site arrival within 24 hours if needed; Minor – 24 hour remote response, daily updates, on-site arrival within 36 hours if needed
- Notification to local fire departments in accordance to local By-Laws
- Includes materials and labor to replace any necessary hardware
- Monthly remote system check-up
- Quarterly remote login to system as a preventive maintenance measure
- Annual on-site visit to perform a system review, including revalidation of test results as compared to the initial installation, and repair, reorientation and system analysis
- Assure transference of Industry Canada Radio Licence and annual renewal
- Liaison with Industry Canada regarding any RFi issues that may occur.
- Liaison with local Public Safety group regarding and RFI or coverage issues
